*** PLEASE NOTE *** If you register for the INCORRECT group just because it has an opening, you will be removed from the group without a refund of the deposit for that/those week(s). 

RED: Ages 3-6 (WEEKS 1,2,4 & 5) – will combine w/ orange

ORANGE: Ages 7-9 (WEEKS 1,2,4 & 5) – will combine w/ red

YELLOW: Ages 3-12(highest support w/ 1-on-1 supervision; behavior challenges) (WEEKS 1,3 & 4)

GREEN: Ages 10-12 (WEEKS 2,3,4 & 5)

BLUE: Ages 13-15 (high support) (WEEKS 1,3 & 5)

PINK: Ages 13-15 (moderate support) (WEEKS 1,2,3,4 & 5)

GRAY: Ages 13-18 (highest support w/ 1-on-1 supervision; behavior challenges) (WEEKS 1,2 & 5)

PURPLE: Ages 16-18 (high support) (WEEKS 2,3 & 5)

BROWN: Ages 16-18 (moderate support) (WEEKS 1,2,3,4 & 5)

BLACK: Ages 16-18 (low support) (WEEKS 1,2,3,4 & 5)

HB1: Ages 19+ (low support) (WEEKS 1,2,3,4 & 5)

HB2: Ages 19+ (moderate support) (WEEKS 1,2,3,4 & 5)

HB3: Ages 19+ (high support) (WEEKS 2,3 & 4)

HB4: Ages 19+ (highest support w/ 1-on-1 supervision; behavior challenges) (WEEKS 1,3 & 4)

HEROES SUMMER CAMP NO LONGER ACCEPTS OR TAKES MEDICAID WAIVER FUNDING FOR SUMMER PROGRAMMING.

Each week is $625.00 and is all inclusive (Week 1, June 15-19 AND Week 3, June 29-July 2 – are four days)

Each week includes a $25 registration/application fee & a $50 deposit.  These are BOTH NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

If your student is registered in the incorrect group, they will be moved out of the room without a refund & a $25 charge will be added to your account.

All registrations are NOT complete without a signed authorized Medical Form and the Additional Information Form.
